I am a certified Birth Doula who is also trained in Childbirth Education, Postpartum, and Lactation Education. I have also been a nanny for toddlers, infants, and newborns for over 10 years. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies with a minor in Biochemistry that has allowed me to provide culturally competent care with experience in scientific research that continues to allow to me to critically read contemporary research to guide my evidence based care. My continued training has allowed me to provide trauma informed care as well as a multitude of comfort measures. I believe that the need for caring, sensitive and knowledgeable support during this time is becoming more and more apparent. I see the journey through pregnancy, birth, and into parenthood to be incredibly special and incredibly personal. As a Doula I offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after the birth. I feel honored to be able to contribute my expertise to expectant individuals and their families in the Greater Boston and Northshore areas.
