I am a mother of four boys who were all delivered naturally with one being a water birth. Through personal experience and training, I believe all women, with few exceptions, can deliver their babies unassisted and unmedicated. My goal is to educate women about their specially designed bodies and give them the confidence they need to pursue the type of birth they desire.
I am also available to assist new moms during their postpartum weeks. Whether this is by doing dishes and laundry, holding baby so mom can sleep or picking up groceries. This is a transition time for both mom and baby and is so important to have support set up.
