I’m very passionate about sleep for the whole family and helping families feel confident in welcoming the new baby/babies into their home. The Postpartum period doesn’t have to be only horror stories! When you are able to lean on others to help carry the load of it all, it can truly be a sweet time soaking in all the newness.
