It has been my pleasure to educate and support families in San Diego for almost a decade. In 2013 I became a CAPPA Certified Childbirth Educator and continued my education with UCSD (Extension) obtaining my Lactation Educator-Counselor certificate that same year. I’ve taught over 33,000 couples in Childbirth, Breastfeeding and Baby Care classes with a regional Women’s and Infant’s hospital.
I believe that support should not end upon with the birth of your baby but extend into your new parent journey. Your family deserves to rest, recover and learn what’s normal for your baby without added anxiety. You can find more information on my website.
