As a mom of two young, adventurous kiddos who has had two very different postpartum experiences,
I understand the joys and challenges that new parents face. I have been there at 3am, more exhausted
than ever before, leaking ALL the things from ALL the places, struggling through breastfeeding,
and (despite having an amazing, supportive husband) feeling completely isolated.
Because of my own struggles AND victories, I am passionate about helping as many new parents as
possible on their journey. Whether you are a birthing parent or adopting, the postpartum period can be a wild and beautiful chapter filled with so many emotions and changes. As a gentle guide, I am here to offer hands-on support, encouragement, and resources to help new parents navigate this transition.
It would be an honor to share my knowledge and experiences with those who are embarking on this
incredible journey. Together, we can create a supportive community where new parents can thrive and
build a strong foundation for their families. It’s time to bring postpartum realities into the conversation
so that we, as a society, can grow, heal, and THRIVE!
