Jennifer Kendrick is the Perinatal Outreach Coordinator for Vidant Health, traveling across 29 counties to provide educational opportunities to those she serves. Her mission is to improve maternal and fetal mortality and morbidity through educating caregivers, providers and families. Jennifer teaches a number of courses to medical professionals as well as teaching families in the process of childbearing. When she is not driving between hospitals, she volunteers time to the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetrics and Neonatal Nursing as the North Eastern Chapter Co-Chair. God blessed Jennifer 23 years ago with her husband Howard, and together they are raising 4 amazing children; Hannah, Caleb, Jacob and Micah.
Jennifer is currently working towards offering system-wide CAPPA Certified Childbirth Educator training to the Vidant Health System and the Regional hospitals in Perinatal Region VI. You can reach Jennifer best by email at jennifer.kendrick@vidanthealth.com.
