My passion is for new moms and their families, to serve them in the transition to motherhood. For over 20 years I have been coaching and mentoring women through the challenges associated with being a new mom, whether it is feeding, sleeping, or even baby’s first bath, my heart is to see confidence in the new family. This is a journey women were not meant to do alone. The word Doula in the Greek means to “mother the mother”. Although dads, grandmas, sisters, aunts, etc…may be around, the professional support of a postpartum doula who comes objectively into the home to teach techniques without any “emotional baggage” can make all the difference in the amount of rest and joy the family experiences.
