Hi! I am a postpartum doula, astrologer, and coach whose mission in life is to help others realize their highest and truest selves. When I became a mom in 2021, I pivoted away from 10+ years in the tech world (client services, product, customer success, and consulting) toward where I felt most aligned: helping other women just like me. I offer postpartum support to help mothers find themselves again, whether it’s by troubleshooting baby care in the first few months postpartum or coaching through the identify shift that motherhood can bring. By combining knowledge and spirituality, I take a grounded, action-oriented approach to helping you be your best. My areas of genius are: postpartum identity, hormones, breastfeeding, baby sleep, relationship changes, and spiritual coaching/support. I work in person and virtually, often via text and voice notes, to support women in those early newborn days. Looking forward to working with you!
