Greetings!!
My name is Amber. As your Postpartum Doula, my important role is to provide emotional, physical and evidence based informational support to you and your family after the birth of your baby. With this support families are able to have a smooth transition welcoming their newest addition to the family. I will empower you to care for your newborn with confidence.
The services I provide include but not limited to newborn care while birthing person rests, educating the new family in birthing care, baby care and feeding methods following the pediatrician’s guidelines or of the American Academy of Pediatrics, light housekeeping, laundry and loading/unloading the dishwasher, accompanying birthing person and/or baby to follow-up appointments, overnight infant care, and birthing person self care techniques.
