Hi, I’m Sierra Brooks!

I am a CAPPA certified postpartum doula, postpartum doula agency owner, gentle sleep coach and baby feeding support expert! Being a postpartum doula is more than a job, it’s my calling. It brings me great joy and honor to be a guardian and greeter of new souls as well as a protector of and advocate for parents of newborn babies!

Bud to Blossom is my business. Our passion, mission and focus is taking care of parents of newborns so that they can be at their best to take care of their babies!

We offer daytime and overnight postpartum doula support, specializing in maximizing family’s sleep! In addition we have our exclusive Foodie Doula Meal delivery service and virtual gentle sleep coaching services.

I’m very excited to announce my online & live in-person, Advanced Training for Overnight Postpartum Doulas coming soon in Feb. 2025!
