As a mother of three and a longtime childcare professional, I understand firsthand the challenges families face in the postpartum season. Having personally experienced postpartum depression and anxiety without support, I’ve dedicated myself to becoming a trained postpartum doula and advocate for mothers. My mission is to provide families with the care, tools, and encouragement they need to feel supported, empowered, and truly seen during this tender stage of life.
