Profile:

As a doula, I will accompany you during your birth to help you to achieve a positive

birth experience. I have given birth to three children and my personal birth experiences were all unmedicated and 

without intervention. Using my knowledge and experience of 20+ years, I will help provide you with 

emotional and physical support, help communicate your needs and desires to your birth 

attendants and assist in educating you to aide in your informed decisions about your birth. 

I can provide massage, music, aromatherapy, acupressure, help with relaxation and 

visualization, suggestions for positioning, hot/cold packs, assistance with staying 

hydrated and nourished, and help with comfort measures. I am independent and self-employed. As your doula, I am working for you, not your caregiver or hospital.
