Whether that’s staying overnight so you can actually get some sleep, helping you feel comfortable and confident with feeding (whether breast or bottle), or simply being an extra set of loving hands with your newborn, my goal is to take the pressure off so you can enjoy this special season. I show up with encouragement, calm, and practical help so you don’t have to do it all on your own.
