I am a CAPPA-trained postpartum doula with experience as a psychiatric registered nurse, a board-certified health and wellness coach, a certified personal trainer, and a certified nutrition coach. With over 3 decades as a wellness practitioner, I'm here to nurse and nurture YOU, the parent, in mind, body, and spirit, so you can do the same for your baby. I specialize in perinatal mental health, mind-body wellness, and neurodiversity coaching. I use a whole-person, family-centered, strength-based, holistic approach to care and coaching.
