Hi!  My name is Jessica Lee and I am a Labor Doula in Central Iowa. 

Ever since the birth of my first son, I have loved pregnancy and birth. Immediately after he was born at home, my husband asked me if I would do it again. I enthusiastically responded, without hesitation, "Yes!" I went on to have four more unmedicated homebirths and they were all such amazing and wonderful experiences.

When I realized we were done having babies of our own, I began to think about becoming trained as a doula. I love birth so much and I want to help families have amazing and satisfying births of their own.

Pregnancy and birth are such miraculous and transformative times in our lives. Each of my five homebirths was a unique and deeply treasured experience that shaped my passion for supporting families through this incredible journey. My ultimate goal as a Doula is to provide you with education, emotional and physical support, comfort techniques, and partner guidance. I want to help eliminate fears and replace any anxieties with calm, confidence, and readiness.

I’m deeply committed to nurturing women and families with evidence-based information, empowering them to feel strong, well-informed, and positive as they enter their birthing experience. My hope is to bring peace, knowledge, comfort, and joy to every birth I attend.
