"A Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula supporting healthy starts for babies. As a newborn care specialist I provide specialized care in the first 12 weeks of life to support good eating and sleeping habits. I help with basic bathing, diapering, and soothing. I love to support families in establishing daily schedules to support health and development as well as age appropriate sleep guidance and feeding support. I have a strong background in preemie and NICU support. As a Postpartum Doula, one of my favorite ways to nurture new moms is to cook her nourishing meals.
