Doreen has always had a passion for helping families welcome and care for their newborn babies. She specializes in gently guiding parents to educate, soothe, and balance life with little ones, using her extensive experience of working with multiples and breastfeeding mothers. Whether it be organizing the overwhelmed, supporting the stressed, or empowering the energetic, Doreen loves teaching caregivers simple techniques to feed and nurture their infants so they may enjoy the little moments which often get lost in the fullness of life.

Doreen was raised in Kingston, MA, and is blessed to have a close family who all live nearby. She and her husband reside on Cape Cod with their active children, enjoying summers at the beach, warm holidays, and good food. Doreen holds a degree in Health Science, and has completed coursework in nursing, nutrition, and public health. She is CPR/BLS certified and fully insured as a lactation counselor and labor/postpartum doula.

Doreen has helped countless parents and caregivers utilize age-appropriate sleep coaching techniques which enable all family members to achieve years of restful sleep. She loves learning new things and is always working to further her education in the field of health and wellness.
