Allison (she/her) is the founder and owner of Holistic Birth & Beyond and began her doula journey in 2017. Allison is a birth & postpartum doula, certified childbirth & lactation educator and certified placenta encapsulation specialist. Allison is grateful to have supported 300+ families on their pregnancy and postpartum journeys.

The entire perinatal timeframe is so much more than baby registries, maternity photos and nursery painting. This is a time of transition and of transformation. This chapter will transform you into a new parent and a new version of yourself. We aren't meant to navigate this alone. Going beyond baby gadgets and pregnancy glow to unearth your inner thoughts, conflicts, hopes and instincts that live below the surface is a passion of Allison's. Her style is considered to be calming and observant, balancing evidence-based conversation and a nurturing presence to help families have satisfying, empowering experiences. Allison specializes in VBAC support, babywearing, education, postpartum companionship and mental preparation strategies for birth. In 2021, Holistic Birth & Beyond became an agency, offering a team of 30 doulas, placenta services, free support groups and perinatal education classes. 

​Allison lives in New Hampshire with her husband and young daughter. When not at a birth or meeting with clients & colleagues, you can find Allison spending time with her family, gardening and watercolor painting.
