I’m a postpartum doula, educator, and advocate dedicated to helping parents navigate the fourth trimester with confidence and support. Based in Georgia, just a few hours from Atlanta, I’ve been married for 16 years and am a proud mom to an amazing 6-year-old. My passion lies in ensuring parents feel seen, heard, and empowered during postpartum—whether through direct support, educational resources, or community-based initiatives.

Beyond my work with parents, I also help doulas and birth professionals grow their businesses in a way that aligns with their values. I offer guidance on creating impactful resources, building a strong online presence, and developing programs that support both their clients and their personal business growth. I believe that when we support each other, we create lasting change in maternal care.
