Tara is a labour doula, childbirth educator, yoga instructor, and labour Reiki practitioner. She specializes in working with women who have anxiety about labour to help them birth with calm and confidence. Tara works with women and couples in St. John’s, NL and surrounding areas and virtually. She is the founder of The Confident Birth Method, her signature program, which has helped women reduce their birth anxiety and have a positive and personalized experience through yoga, breathwork, birth education, support, and empowerment.
