Profile:

I am a certified labor and birth doula, creative therapist, and Montessori at-home coach, with 15 years of experience in Montessori education. I integrate Montessori principles from conception onward, supporting both the child and the family. My professional training as a doula has further enhanced my ability to empower women, providing them with confidence and guidance throughout their birth journey while also coaching them in nurturing their babies' development.

As a creative therapist, I design personalized therapeutic approaches to address women's anxiety, stress, and depression, from conception all the way through to the postpartum period. I deeply enjoy my work, approaching each individual with love and respect, honoring their unique needs and decisions.

I am available for one-on-one sessions both online and offline as preferred.
