As a postpartum doula, I take the most joy and pride in helping families feel empowered in their new roles. With additional certifications as a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI) and an early intervention Developmental Specialist (DSIII) in New Mexico, I love that I can look at a large chunk of the whole postpartum picture to help families find an approach, tools, and a rhythm that works for them. I am passionate about incorporating evidence-based frameworks like mindfulness practices and parent-efficacy to help families lean into their new roles while also being patient and giving themselves grace.
