Hello, I'm Prachi Gaur.

I'm a Certified Pregnancy Coach, Lactation Counselor, and Maternal & Child Nutrition Expert, and a mother to two wonderful kids. My own experiences with pregnancy and childbirth inspired me to support other families on this transformative journey.

From the moment I held my first child, I felt a deep connection to the journey of motherhood. The challenges and joys I faced sparked a passion for helping others feel empowered and informed. I became a certified childbirth & lactation educator to share evidence-based knowledge and offer compassionate guidance to expecting & new parents.

Over the years, I’ve guided many families through pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding. My mission is to help you navigate this journey confidently with practical skills, a safe space for your concerns, and a focus on building healthy nutrition for you and your baby.
