Profile:

Hi, my name is Paige Gardiner. I am a certified labor, postpartum, and lactation support educator on the island of  Oahu, Hawaii. My goal as a doula is to provide evidence based information so you and your partner can make the best decisions surrounding your birth! I'm a mom of 2 and i've had both a medicated and unmedicated birth. My passion is to help new mothers overcome that fear surrounding unmedicated births, but I am also specially trained as an EpiDoula. This fancy word means I can continue to support you even if you want an epidural to begin with, or want one later in your labor, by helping you into different positions while in bed to keep baby engaged and positioned correctly in your pelvis for a smoother delivery. No matter how you choose to birth, I hope to help make you feel empowered!
