Hi there! I'm VS Nithyashree, and I'm a certified childbirth and pregnancy fitness educator based in India. In my work, I'm passionate about supporting expectant parents through one of the most transformative experiences of their lives.

 

As a Certified Childbirth Educator, I provide comprehensive classes and guidance to help prepare parents-to-be for the journey of labor, delivery, and caring for a newborn. From the stages of labor to postpartum recovery, I make sure my clients feel knowledgeable and empowered every step of the way.

 

In addition to my childbirth certification, I'm also a Certified Pregnancy Fitness Educator. This allows me to create specialized exercise programs tailored to each client's needs and stage of pregnancy. Staying active and healthy during this time is so important, and I'm honored to help my clients achieve their fitness goals in a safe, supportive way.
