Krystal is a dedicated Registered Nurse with 22 plus years of experience in Women's health and a passion for nurturing families. Krystal has worked most of her career as a Childbirth Educator, Lactation Consultant and in Labor & Delivery, providing invaluable support and guidance to new and expecting parents, helping them navigate the joys and challenges of early parenthood.

Outside of her professional life, Krystal is a devoted mother of a large family, balancing her career with the demands of raising a thriving household. She finds relaxation and fulfillment in gardening and reading,  and watching her family (and flowers) grow.

With a blend of professional expertise and personal experience, Krystal is committed to improving the health and well-being of the women she works with, one family at a time.

Krystal is currently working with BabyLiveAdvice.com providing virtual Childbirth Education Classes, Breastfeeding Classes, Preparing for Baby Classes and Pregnancy Nutrition Classes.  You can also see her for one-on-one telemedicine visits for breastfeeding guidance, education and challenges.  Group education classes are available on request in the North Dakota/South Dakota Region.
