Hi there.  I'm Krista, a Minneapolis wife, mom of five children and previous elementary art teacher.  When my youngest was preparing to go to Kindergarten, I was deeply missing the baby years and wondering what the next step was for me in this new season. Upon learning more about the postpartum doula role, I knew it was the job for me. It is a great joy to serve and support moms and their babies in those tender, hard days and nights of newborn transition.

I offer postpartum doula services (specifically overnights) to moms in Twin Cities area of Minnesota.
