I am a Certified Newborn Care Specialist | Postpartum Doula, and Lactation Educator as well as a New York State MWBE Certified Child Care provider. I am dedicated to supporting families during the early weeks of parenthood. With over 15, years of experience, I provide expert newborn care, gentle sleep conditioning, and lactation guidance to help parents feel confident and empowered. I also offer compassionate emotional support for those navigating postpartum depression, ensuring that they feel heard, validated, and supported.  My goal is to create a nurturing, judgment-free space where families can thrive.
