Profile:

Erica is a Bilingual Certified Labor, Postpartum Doula (CAPPA), CLC, and Reiki Practitioner. Erica has over ten years of experience in the maternal and child health field as she began working as Case Manager for Healthy Start. Erica currently works for The Healthy Start doula program and Pettaway Pursuit foundation as a community doula.

Erica became a doula as she wanted to expand her work with expecting mothers and craved a more hands-on approach to supporting birthing people and their babies. Erica enjoys helping her clients reach their birthing goals and offers encouragement. Erica  enjoys the physical aspect of labor and helping clients connect with their bodies.

Erica is a mother of two and grandmother of two. Erica loves to workout, is passionate about jiu jitsu, as well as any training opportunities that will help her to be a better doula.
