As your Labor Doula, I’ve been trained in many different birthing positions and relaxation techniques to help you labor as comfortably and efficiently as possible. I will help you make informed decisions for your birth and postpartum plans by giving you unbiased, evidence-based information. You deserve to have the best support team around you at the time when you need it the most. As your Postpartum Doula, I’m able to teach you proper infant handling and care, show you swaddling and soothing techniques, and be your own personal breastfeeding and lactation coach. I want to make sure you feel confident in your abilities to care for your new baby. Once I arrive at your home, I meet you wherever you are and help support in whatever way you need.
