I am in an Electric wheelchair  for over 27 years and have been a Nurse, Labor Birth Doula and Authorized Peanut Ball Trainer for 54 years.  I am The founder, chief contributor and inspiration for Premier Birth Tools a website that has peanut ball information for your labor  and childbirth labor position charts . I was named by Childbirth Graphics c “The Peanut Ball Lady!” For over 54 years, I have  served women as a labor and delivery nurse, childbirth educator, lactation consultant, national speaker, author, and birth doula. I have  helped with over 2,786 delivers in the 54 years. I founded  our local DONEOK, a Tulsa Doula community group of doulas that support doulas for over 30 years.
