I bring nearly 30 years of childcare experience to my work as a Newborn Care Specialist, Postpartum Doula, Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, and Certified New Parent Educator. Growing up as one of eight siblings and raising my own three children on Cape Cod, I’ve spent decades supporting families through the joys and challenges of early parenthood.

My approach is centered on personalized, evidence-based guidance. I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all solution for families—every baby, every parent, and every situation is unique. Whether it’s navigating newborn care, crafting a gentle sleep plan, or finding balance during the postpartum period, I focus on creating thoughtful solutions that build confidence and ease stress.

Supporting families isn’t just my job; it’s my passion. I’m dedicated to empowering parents to feel seen, heard, and capable during this transformative time, combining expertise with compassion to make the early months with a baby as smooth and supported as possible.
