As the owner/operator of Birth Baby Sleep Education and Support Services, I've been teaching prenatal classes for 9 years while also getting to help families learn more about their babies, gain more confidence in their parenting and get as much sleep as they can through it all! I like to share evidence-based information in a non-judgemental way which ultimately gives expectant/new/experience families permission to do what works best for them.
