Emerge with Amy LePage offers holistic and evidence-based childbirth education classes (that also encourages understanding one's nervous system responses & is also a Spinning Babies® Parent Educator) in group classes and private settings - either in person or virtually. In addition, Amy is a Somatic Bodyworker, trained as a Spinning Babies® Aware Practitioner, offering hands-on bodywork during all stages of pregnancy, preparing for birth & postpartum. Pelvic Floor Education is a focus - offering support for birth and postpartum healing.
