Hi Beautiful Humans! My name is Kristi Lightfoot, founder of Nursed & Nurtured, LLC. I am a CAPPA-trained postpartum doula with experience as a psychiatric registered nurse, a board-certified health and wellness coach, a certified personal trainer, and a certified nutrition coach. With over 3 decades as a wellness practitioner, I'm here to nurse and nurture YOU, the parent, in mind, body, and spirit, so you can do the same for your baby. I specialize in perinatal mental health, mind-body wellness, and neurodiversity coaching. I use a whole-person, family-centered, strength-based, holistic approach to care and coaching. Nursed & Nurtured is an LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent-affirming safe space that honors, respects, and happily serves all individuals and families. Be nursed and nurtured, from preconception through parenthood, so you and your growing family can bloom.
