Contact Hours

At the end of the event or upon early exit, attendees must submit the completed Contact Hour Form to the CAPPA Registration Desk for proper auditing.  A second copy will be kept by the Attendee.  It is the attendee’s responsibility to maintain and secure their own copy for at least 6 years.
