Hello!! As a Labor Doula I seek to: provide care that is specific to you and your needs, connect you to resources in the community, and be a reliable, uplifting, and effective person throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience!

I love connecting during pre-natal appointments and exploring what will make your pregnancy and birth experience positive. These appointments can include anything from movement, birth education and hopes/fear exploration to breath work, visualization, position practice and comforting touch/hands on relaxation and labor support techniques. I want us to find what feels best for you, and to build a strong toolbox that can be used during labor.

About me: I am a Certified Labor Doula with CAPPA and a pre-nursing student at UMBC. I have a Women and Gender Studies certificate from Montgomery College in Rockville, MD, and a strong educational background in Critical Sexuality Studies.
