My name is Taina Hernandez and I am the founder of The Doula In Town. I am a certified postpartum doula through CAPPA and a trained birth doula through DONA International. I am also a certified perinatal fitness instructor through AFAA . I have a passion for everything that has to do with the health and wellbeing of mothers and babies. My goal is to offer you evidence based education and support that is both encouraging and empowering. I am a mother of four and firmly believe that every mother deserves a support system. From one mother to another, I know that it is not easy. This is why I want to be of service to you. The Doula In Town offers support in the Atlanta and surrounding areas.
