I believe with honest and open communication any woman can truly enjoy their labor and birth experience! With being a mother of 4 myself, I can understand how intimidating and confusing pregnancy can be. I encourage women to trust in their bodies, minds, and spirits in that they are built to bring their little(s) into this world without fear and with resilience!
