My hope, as I embark on this journey as an educator & Doula, is to one day be able to educate women and help them feel empowered, supported, and strong during the most incredible time in their lives. I believe with honest and open communication any woman can truly enjoy their labor and birth experience! With being a mother of 4 myself, I can understand how intimidating and confusing pregnancy can be. I encourage women to trust in their bodies, minds, and spirits in that they are built to bring their little(s) into this world without fear and with resilience!
