I feel so lucky to call myself a doula and childbirth educator. The heart of my work is to bring a sense of calm and trust to your birth and postpartum experience. I believe that every journey into parenthood is unique and deserves personalized support and care.

My interest in pregnancy and birth began early; at the age of four, I watched “The Miracle of Life” on VHS and was fascinated. My lifelong passion for health and wellness has guided my career from professional dancer to holistic nutritionist to yoga teacher and now doula. This dynamic experience uniquely equips me to support my clients in a way that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit.

I am deeply committed to providing evidence-based information in a way that is easy to understand. My goal is to empower and comfort you as you navigate the wide range of emotions that accompany pregnancy, birth, and the fourth trimester—whether you find them peaceful, powerful, daunting, transformative, joyous, raw, vulnerable, or all of the above.

As a fifth-generation Coloradan, I’m proud to raise my own family in Denver. My husband and I welcomed our first baby in 2023, and we love sharing the joys of cooking, hiking, skiing, traveling, and live music with our son.

I am so excited to be on your birth team and honored to guide you as you welcome your new baby into the world!
