I am a Labour and postpartum Doula in the Durham Region of Ontario, Canada.
I have been a Doula for the past 8 years helping over 200 families along the way.
My mission is to take the fear out of birth and I do this by educating and supporting all clients through this emotional and physical journey.
I love what I do but I wanted to come back and refresh some of my own education to be the best Doula possible!
