Ambrosia offers comprehensive support to prenatal and postpartum individuals through a variety of doula services, certified through CAPPA. Her mission is to create a safe, supportive space where birthing individuals and their partners can navigate the journey of growing a family with aligned guidance and education. Since launching her childbirth services in 2016, Ambrosia has assisted hundreds of families as a birth and postpartum doula. Before becoming a childbirth educator and postpartum nurturer, she served as a surrogate for a family overseas.
Married for over twenty years, Ambrosia and her husband raise two children, ages 11 and 17, in Arvada, Colorado. Family trips, camping, and skiing bring balance to her life. She also volunteers as a labor doula and educator for teen mothers. Previously an Evidence-Based Birth® Instructor, Ambrosia is currently studying with The Midwives College of Utah and will begin working as a Student Midwife in Spring 2023. Additionally, Ambrosia is a BRM® Instructor, as she believes in meeting birthing individuals where they are and providing multifaceted support.
As a Full Spectrum Birth and Postpartum Doula, Ambrosia provides compassionate support for all birth outcomes. She is also a Lactation Education Specialist and Childbirth Educator, bringing extensive knowledge and experience to families throughout the childbirth journey. Before relocating to Colorado, Ambrosia was honored as South Bay’s Favorite by the Daily Breeze in Los Angeles, CA, in 2017, 2018, and 2019. She now works as a Student Midwife and birth assistant for homebirth midwives in Colorado. Ambrosia is currently working on improving her Spanish language skills, and her preceptor, who is fluent in Spanish, serves Spanish-speaking families in Colorado.
