As a mother of two children, both of whom were physiologic (aka “natural”) births, I know what a challenge birthing can be, and the difference a solid support team and good information can make. I am a Certified Professional Doula, Certified Childbirth Educator, Certified Birth and Bereavement Doula, Connecticut’s first GentleBirth Certified Instructor, and am certified in Perinatal Fitness as a CAPPA Certified Pregnancy Fitness Educator.
