Liza is a graduate of New York University, a certified pediatric sleep consultant, newborn care professional, lactation educator-in-training, and a Sleep Health Expert with TintoApp. Liza is the owner and founder of Rock-a-Bye Baby Sleep, where she leads workshops and classes, and works with families 1:1 teaching healthy sleep habits for families with children ranging from 6 weeks to 8 years old. She is also a children’s book editor with 15 years’ experience.
When not helping families get the sleep they need or editing children’s books, Liza can be found chasing her kids, listening to musical theater, eating too much ice cream, binging Netflix, and dreaming about her next visit to Disney World.
A Maryland native and NYC transplant, Liza now lives with her family in Westchester, New York.
