Hello! I am so happy you are here! I am a Vannah Hunter, a RN certified in Maternal-Newborn Nursing. I am have been working in Women’s Services over 5 years with experience in Postpartum, Mother-Baby Couplet Care, Newborn Nursery. Also, I am certified through Infant Massage USA to provide classes for Infant Massages. Currently, I have been working as a Nurse Home Visitor with first-time moms and supporting them through pregnancy and until their child turns two. I provide education towards Perinatal Period (prenatal-postpartum), child growth & development, and maneuvering through life courses, offering resources and referrals for services, and being their cheerleader as they take strides in their new roles. In my leisure time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, taking adventures through the outdoors, hikes & trails, and experimenting new meals with my husband “as the self-proclaimed chef”.
Most recently, I have been wanting to offer my skills, services, and expertise to the community by becoming a Childbirth Educator* with CAPPA and Infant Massage Instructor. I am passionate about assisting and supporting new families as first-time parents, or second, third-time parents who are creating larger families.
