Hi! I’m Laura and I have been working with families for 20 years as a doula and educator. I own For Love of Baby, a doula cooperative which covers Hickory, Statesville, Wilkesboro, Morganton, and surrounding areas of NC. We offer services from pregnancy through postpartum including childbirth, breastfeeding, and after baby classes, labor doula and postpartum doula services, birth photography, belly binding, pregnancy and postpartum fitness with a focus on functional pelvic floor and abdominal conditioning, breastfeeding support, a mom to mom support group, and virtual support services. We love supporting families in their journeys of growing their families!
I am also on the leadership team at CAPPA as the senior program advisor for the postpartum doula and new parent educator programs. I have been training doulas and educators for CAPPA for 15 years. I love being able to inspire new doulas and educators who will support new families.
