My name is Kayla, and I am the owner of Sprouting Joy Birth Options. I am a birth and postpartum doula, photographer, and coffee connoisseur. I am married to a wonderful man whom I share in the privilege that is raising our three children. I serve the U.S. military community in the RAF Lakenheath, RAF Mildenhall, and RAF Feltwell communities. I am honored to be able to support families in this rich community where often they are without family and longstanding friends to call upon.
