I’m passionate about supporting birthing people during the incredible journey of pregnancy and childbirth. As a labor doula, my purpose is to provide compassionate and empowering care to expectant parents, ensuring they have a positive and memorable birthing experience.
I discovered my calling as a doula through my deep fascination and admiration for the birthing process. Witnessing the strength, vulnerability, and resilience displayed by birthing individuals, as well as the sacredness of birth, inspired me to become a labor doula.
As a doula, I firmly believe that every individual deserves to feel informed, supported, and respected throughout their pregnancy and birth journey. I am committed to providing evidence-based information and emotional guidance, tailoring my support to each family’s unique needs and preferences. By fostering a nurturing and non-judgmental environment, I strive to empower expectant parents to make informed decisions and confidently navigate the birthing process.
My approach as a doula is grounded in empathy, warmth, and advocacy. I strive to create a strong and trusting relationship with the families I serve, ensuring that they feel safe and heard. I have undergone comprehensive training through CAPPA to develop a broad range of skills that allow me to support families through every stage of labor and birth. From assisting with relaxation techniques and pain management strategies to facilitating effective communication with medical professionals, I am equipped to provide continuous support and guidance.
Above all, my ultimate goal as a labor doula is to help families welcome their new addition with joy, confidence, and a sense of fulfillment.
