I am a postpartum doula that will help assist and provide you and your family with information to help support transitioning from pregnancy to postpartum care and healing. I will be there to support you and your partner with decisions you may choose to make without judgement. I can help assist with newborn care, nutritional snacks, light housekeeping and support with breast and bottle feeding. I will help encourage rest, showering, short walks and light exercise when your body is ready.
Besides 20 plus years supporting families, babies and children, I enjoy supporting the Denver Active 20/30, Saint Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and The Denver Urban Peak.
