The fourth trimester (about three months following the birth of your baby) is an exhilarating and challenging time. Getting to know your baby, healing your body, and adjusting to life as a parent all while being sleep deprived can be overwhelming! I’m passionate about this period of time that all parents experience and seek to share knowledge and support with families.
I have a masters degree in public health and am interested in maternal and child health, as well as disparities in labor and postpartum support. I have two young children of my own and one of the driving forces behind becoming a doula was the phenomenal support I received from mine.
